Yes. We agree the scope in writing, and any change is priced with you before we do it.
Do you handle planning and building control?
We can manage drawings, planning and building regulations for you.
How long will it take?
Your quote includes a schedule. A single-storey extension is often 10 to 14 weeks.
Can we live at home during the work?
Often yes. We plan the stages to keep a kitchen and bathroom working where we can.
Are you insured?
Yes, public liability and employer’s liability. Certificates on request.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a structural warranty on new builds and extensions.
